Chocolate cake
This was made for the 60th birthday of my mother-in-law. The icing is 60% dark chocolate + oat cream and the frosting is flavoured with cocoa powder and rum. I suppose i had a layer of apricot marmalade inside the cake. It could have been moister, but anyway it was much better than the animal alternatives.
