new brekky fave!
something i used to make at uni but totally forgot about until i saw it on V for Vendetta a few nights ago.
it's fairly obvious how to make it, my only tip is, to use thick sliced bread, so no egg overflow occurs (using super low flame, no flipping needed then). yum!
note to self: must get new frying pan big enough to fit 2 slices
recipe, just in case...
cup/glass (to cut the hole easily)
salt & pepper
fry one side in butter for a few minutes on medium flame
add a little more butter
drop egg into hole
salt & pepper to taste
use lowest flame possible
