Sandstone, Slot Canyon, AZ.
This image was taken in Lower Antelope Canyon near Page, AZ. Lower Antelope is a little more forgiving to photographers then Upper; more light penetrates as far as 120 feet deep.
Tip: If you show up with a tripod and indicate you want the "pro" photo tour, you will be led to the entrance by a Navajo guide (both canyons are on Navajo Nation land) and left alone in the canyon for as long as you want, as opposed to marching through with an escorted group. Upper Antelope is much more popular, but you may be frustrated by the crowds if you're trying to compose photos and take long exposures.
I took dozens of images, but kept coming back to this one - just love the lines and textures.
