    Hello Amy,
    I have been baking gluten-free for a few years now, but need to start making my breads using sourdough methods, to better break down the phytates and lectins in GF grains and pseudograins. I like your sourdough starter method on your website. Is your sourdough bread pictured here made with a slow leavening recipe?
