Bowfiddle, Soft Light
I've finally been processing a backlog of images going back two months and these are currently being prepared to go onto my website but I thought I'd give you a sneak preview here first.
Most photographers hope for spectacular colour on the shoreline but I prefer subtle which Large Format (and film) does particularly well. I was delighted therefore to find these light overcast conditions at dawn.
As an aside I was here with Issa Farhoud who had booked five days one to one with me on the West Coast. The weather was so terrible that I had to change the itinerary on the day and while the whole of Scotland sat in pouring rain we had virtually none all week.
