Australia Day Pav 26/365/2010
Well, it's another food pic but I really couldn't resist. I made this pav for Australia Day. It's one of our traditional Australia Day desserts even though the origins of the dish are disputed (New Zealand also claims the pavlova as theirs). Regardless of its origins, it's really yum :)
