In a medium-hot frying pan, saute about 3.5 minutes.
Smoke control: Rather than putting 1 to 2 Tbs. of oil in pan, paint a thin coat of oil onto one side of the steak. Obviously, place that side down. Before turning, paint another thin coat of oil.
