This is Fritz Leiber Jr. in the same year he started his correspondence with H. P. Lovecraft (yes, I know his wife, Jonquil actually started the correspondence).
I've boldly tagged Fritz in this copy of the photo so you'll have no problem identifying him...
If you watch this entire banquet sequence, you'll see Chappell Dossett as the priest at the table; yet many people wrongly think Fritz Leiber Sr. is the one playing the priest.
If you actually want to see Fritz Leiber Jr. and Sr. in a scene together briefly (as in, don't blink), take a look at the Great Garrick (1937). I've included a few photos in this collection to help you spot them.
And if you want to see Fritz Leiber Sr. playing a priest, take a look at the death-row scene at the end of Monsieur Verdoux (1947), and you'll not only see Fritz Leiber Sr. playing a priest trying to save Charlie Chaplin's soul, but you'll also be watching yet another scene that wrongly gets identified as being Fritz Leiber Jr. on a regular basis!
