Gooseberry & Blueberry.
When I was a child, growing up in England, we had gooseberry bushes growing in our garden, I loved the fruit, fresh, stewed, as a dessert with custard, and made into jam, by my Mum. It is only in recent years that this fruit has become available in Australia, commercially, and then only for a brief time over the Christmas period. I have to make the most of them then!!!!
