      How do you serve the milk jam? Just with the nuts? We have a new Pastry Chef in SF who specializes in milk jam. It's really good but his has a more of a dulce de leche look about it than yours. He infuses his with coffee beans first - very subtle. I don't know how to serve his either so I just eat it out of the jar with a spoon. :D
