    i saw the other and it stole my heart. :) this is nice, but you don't get as rich a sense of the delicate elements and the overall harmony in this precious dessert (!). that foreground napkin cloth steals some of the attention.

    I always marvel at your decorating skills and this is no exception. Beautiful! I have to agree with Melina that I think the other version is stronger then this one, while it is still lovely... :)

    Thank you guys for the feedback. I admit I like both almost equally. I was trying to play with ruffled edges and something different than "the trinity" but I can see where the napkin would distract the eyes.
    I guess the plating is strong enough to stand on its own...which is good pastry wise!!

    so delicate and remarkably made with all the colors & layers. i have a chamomille plant and the fresh flowers are so beautiful...i'll post some shots.
