She tucked them into the
fraying pocket of her white cotton apron,
the tiniest blossoms of yellow,
little pieces of fallen sunshine.

These are actually from filler you find in floral arrangements. It's primarily green with tiny tight yellow buds. The buds on this stem burst open one day and I had to grab my camera. They only last for about two days.
