farro with brussels sprouts

dropped by the farmers market again- like last week i just couldn't resist the 'sprouts!. so, sprouts for lunch- with farro and a little basmati rice to bring it to a full cup, rinsed and toasted with some sweated onions, parsley, and crushed red pepper, then steamed in a mixture of water and veggie broth. the sprouts themselves cooked with a little pulverized garlic with parsley stems, butter, and more broth.
