pizza baked on a cast iron griddle

i made a half~batch of no knead bread (working a little olive oil, basil, and fennel seeds in), blind baking it for five minutes on a griddle pre-heated in a 450º oven. i flipped the disk of pizza bread over, and then added topping (leftover sauce from last night's pasta, and some fresh-ish mozzarella. i baked it for 15 minutes, and let it rest for 10.
