A 24 year old female presents to her dermatologist complaining of a painful lesion on her left-lateral ring finger. The pain is exacerbated when her hands are cold. The lesion is 1.3 cm and has a slight bluish hue. During the excision there was a moderate amount of bleeding. A representative low and high power photomicrograph are shown below.
