A 61 year old male with history of hypertension presents with abdominal pain, hip pain and hematuria. Upon further questioning, he also notes that he has experienced a 20-lb weight loss and night sweats during the past 3 months. Imaging of the hip reveals several lesions and laboratory studies reveal anemia, increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate, elevated BUN and creatinine, and hypercalcemia.
