Ponytail kimchi / 총각김치 / Chonggak kimchi following Maangchi's recipe found here: www.maangchi.com/recipe/ponytail-kimchi

I did make a double batch and I let it sit over night in salt.

Hi Maangchi, can I use the same recipe to make sanmaneul kimchi? I just bought some wild garlic leaves from the Korean store today! And my husband loves sanmaneul kimchi....please help me!
