    I have fully drunk the yoga Kool-Aid. After 9 weeks of 3-5 days a week of at home practice, my body feels stronger and lingering hip discomfort and shoulder strain from knitting are just about gone entirely. More!

    (Why yes, that is me doing legs-up-the-wall against my yarn stash. For some reason I find it terribly soothing.)
