Today I took my first actual for-real photography class, on "composition." We learned about things like Thirds and framing and lines and all the things that make photographs visually appealing.
I also learned that my crappy little point-and-shoot digital camera actually has a Program setting. So I played with the light and colour settings a bit too, and my 25-minute walk home turned into an hour of very slow photographic meandering.
Must do this more often.
