Kimchi stew (kimchi chigae)

    Leah made this delicious kimchi stew for dinner. It has lean ground pork, tofu, shrimp and some chunks of radish in it. For the rice, we used a mixed grain brown rice blend that we picked up at H-Mart.

      It has some improvised ingredients. I used ground pork instead of pork belly because we're trying to eat less fat. I also threw in a few shrimp and some daikon. Other than that I followed the recipe! ;)
