Pan Seared Pork Chops, Green Beans and Onions, Garlic Bread and Green Tea
Nothing really fancy about this other than perfect cast iron powered pork chops. The garlic bread is actually the second attempt at making it, as the first round was completely destroyed under the broiler when I forgot about it, ran to the bathroom, and returned to plumes of smoke coming from my oven.
