Trader Joe's Screws Me For The Last Time Chicken Ravioli
I made the trek out to Trader Joe's, expecting to pick up this awesome spinach pasta that they used to carry there, along with a jar of their awesome alfredo sauce... Which I never usually buy because Trader Joe's is kind of a goofy store, it's more expensive, and there are always bells ringing for no discernable reason whenever you're there.
Unfortunately, when I got there, they apparently rotated their entire stock and didn't have a single thing I wanted to buy, so I just whipped this up from wandering around there store for 10 minutes or so.
The ravioli is stuffed with spinach and ricotta cheese, served with vodka-powered (Well, most of it probably boiled off) tomato sauce, some mushrooms, and a chicken breast just for good measure.
Nothing that fancy, and the plating could have been about 3 million times better.
Oh well.
