The Condition for a juicy Pork Filet

the best charcoal (hardwood) i ever had, takes some time to get a glow but then the heat will last much longer then usual, giving the opportunity to enjoy a nice (cheese) sausage after the main dish :-)

since the heat lasts that long i have to do some improvement in BBQ deserts :-))
