My student, Olympic wrestler Dennis, demonstrates how to do a safe simple wall handstand. Start close to wall, step one foot high up, then lift other. Practice neutral spine, not swayback. During handstand, can add lifting one hand at a time, various leg positions to add stretches. Try to bend arms for small pushups, working to full dips. Lots of ways to build on this simple start.
