My student, Olympic wrestler Dennis, demonstrates how to do a safe simple wall handstand. Start close to wall, step one foot high up, then lift other. Practice neutral spine, not swayback. During handstand, can add lifting one hand at a time, various leg positions to add stretches. Try to bend arms for small pushups, working to full dips. Lots of ways to build on this simple start. Be safe and smart. Have fun.
