    The town of Bridport in Dorset - it is the gateway to West Bay and the Jurassic Coast.

    Down South Street in Bridport.

    This is the Bridport Museum on South Street in Bridport. We later went inside of this museum after lunch (and before heading for West Bay).

    Grade II* listed building as The Castle.

    This is The Ackerman Loom.

    It was made by Richard Samson.

    After WWII some 15 or so of these Jupiter Looms were converted to electrical operation by James Henry Ackerman at Folly Mill, Bridport.

    Donated by Ackerman's son David Ackerman in 1974.
