Sunset from the Roaches

I was fortunate to experience another beautiful summer evening on the Roaches. Whilst a thin band of haze may have spoilt the horizon I felt well compensated by the light on the clouds. The midges were out in force as I worked my way up to the ridge, but once here the stronger breeze was enough to 'see them off'.

This image is a hand blend of two. I created the exposure for the sky by reducing the original by 2 stops in Aperture and then blended it with the original file in Elements.

Reposted, having lightened the rocks top right ... thanks for the suggestions.
