Hicks' Tamales
The talented Amy Evans of the Tamale Trail pointed us to HICKS’ WORLD FAMOUS HOT TAMALES & MORE in Clarksdale. Eugene himself came out to talk with us and even gave us a tour of the kitchen. Really great guy. These were my favorite of the day.
