Yangnyeom Tongdak

So I decided to make one of Maangchi's most recent recipes (and one I have been waiting for her to post since forever, and I'm glad she finally did ^__^), Yangnyeom Tongdak. YYYAAYYY

 

They came out so good. I didn't have rice syrup or potato starch so I used honey and corn starch and it they were amazing! Of course, I had to talk to my babies as they were frying (to make sure they turn out extra good for momma) and they listened so well. I emailed a picture of them to my best friend in Georgia and she just wanted to gobble them all up. NOT MY BABIES!!! LOL

 

I only deep fry about once or twice a month, and this was one of those times and it was worth it.
