Galbi for Christmas!
For this Christmas I asked my mother how she was going to prepare the ribs and when I suggested that we have galbi-style with the "special marinade" the only thing she could say was, "I was just going to put barbacue sauce on them, but if you're going to make the marinade, that's a whole different story....mmm" She thought about the ones we had for the Fourth of July and a smile came to her face. So after I finished making the maejakgwa I got to work on the marinade and here they are. All ready to go into the refrigerator to become juicy and flavorful for tomorrow's feast. YUM :-)
