Well, once again I ran out of kimchi last week so I made some over the weekend, but there was one slight problem. I accidently bought over 20 pounds of nappa cabbage!!! All together, along with the other ingredients, I made about 25-30lbs of kimchi. I had to use all of these jars (including ones for doenjang and jjajang!) in addition to the giant tug in the back! You better believe I was exhausted by the time I was finished. The good news is that I managed to clean the kitchen spotless so that no trace of my crime was left. Bad news was that because I keep the kimchi in my closet to ferment, I had to transport every last jar and container upstairs! Well, I guess at least my arms and back got a good workout. LOL Even though I just made it I have the feeling that I'll probably run out in about 6 months (seeing as how I use kimchi for most if the things I have been eating) My head's going to turn into nappa cabbage soon if I keep this up. :-)
