Pork with Apples and Red Onions
1 lb. boneless pork chops
3 T. butter
1 apple, cored, peeled, quartered and sliced
3/4 red onion, halved and sliced in rings
Salt & pepper
1/2 t. fennel
Brown pork chops in 1 T. of the butter. Cook onion and apple in butter for 1-2 minutes. Add spices. Put in oven and bake at 375 for 7 minutes.
