Oh, I can just smell the truffles! I have some truffle salt too but the truffles are really small bits and the salt is a finer grain. Mmmmmm, i bet that taste so good!

Is it what I am thinking it is?

If so... I need to get my shot up of your gift too :) I've been slacking

Hi Kelly - Yes! This is your lovely gift. I simply adore it!

(I hope you've already used the coffee though... if not, dump it, and I'll give you a new fresh batch!)

Oh yeah that coffee was gone in a flash, in fact the Hubs keeps going back to "remember that coffee your friend gave you... man that was good" days hahaha
I did take pictures of it before I allowed it to be touched ;)

      You've spoiled us both!
I'm so glad you like it!
I'm working on perfecting some truffle paste, trying to get it just right because I got another shipment of beautiful black truffles again. I'll reserve a bit for you if I can make it good enough :)

The colors in this shot are just perfect for the colors of the salt. Mmmm!

Truffle salt is amazing! I can easily eat a whole container.

My friends (food aficionado's and formers employees of Artisanal in NYC) went to The French Laundry in California and got some around there...
      They spoiled me...
