The Squash, the Whole Squash, and Everything from the Squash

I found one pick-able crook neck squash today, and while pondering it, I decided to maximize it.

 

After cleaning out the seeds, I saved the bigger ones to dry out so I can plant them next year. The bigger batch, I roasted in my toaster oven (just coated them with olive oil and salted lightly), and just finished eating them (double yum).

 

The main squash I loaded with rice and some left over steak, and roasted in the oven.

 

Use it all, if you can!
