That's a Loaf!
I'm brand spanking new to this bread making game- and yes, as a novice, I am using a bread machine *and* a package mix. I'll get adventurous soon and start going outside the lines.
This one is sourdough. I think the last one I made did not full rise up because my water may not have been room temp. I do add a little extra water for being above 3000 feet elevation.
