Potato Salad
I've tried out a lot of potato salads this summer endlessly fiddling with extra bits and bobs. This is fairly basic. Charlotte potatoes (couldn't get any jersey royals. end of season), parsely and red onion. Basic lemon and olive oil dressing put on when they were still hot. Probably needed something salty...maybe capers or anchovies. Cos of my egg thing I don't put mayonnaise on em. Ever. Yoghurt is alright tho.
