And mustard
They love their mustard here and you get a potful of it. And not that namby pamby stuff we get at home! Nice hot dijon style mustard. Mmmm. In the background is a small bowl of horseradish ("raifort"), but it was not very hot. Very pleasant tasting, but nothing to get excited about in terms of hotness. But then I am used to the wasabi horseradish we get on sushi, so perhaps I am a bit jaded.
