Mein Kum
made this last night... I usually buy this at the Thai Fair but since I got some lovely 'daun kaduk' from this lady who gathers them from the hills, I decided to give it a shot, a lot of work cutting everything into tiny cubes... my-other-half is really crazy about having this in such big serving!
