Honeymoon Rock in the Crystal Ball: Basswood Island, Apostle Islands National Lakeshore, WI

    Newer Older

Some people have wondered if these cyrstal ball shots were created using a Photoshop App. No, this is a real 200mm crystal ball weighing about 25 pounds and optically perfect. It is just another way I am constantly pushing myself to see in new, creative ways (and working out my arms lugging it around).

This is just really cool. The intensity of the colors. The beauty of the location with gorgeous light setting an ambiance of magnetic peacefulness. Then the editing is superb as well. All together making for a fantastic picture. ~ E
