The oyster itself is what you can expect when you think of oysters. However, the breading is crisp and crunchy, yet delicate enough to not ruin the flavor of the oyster. The oyster's flavor definitely shines through the breading, even though the breading seems a bit thick. Served with otafuku sauce, similar to the okonomiyaki sauce, this dish was one of my favorites that night.
