Pork quesadillas with Guacamole
In the photo you have green chili, onion, pork tenderloin, and black beans in the skillet. For the guacamole, I was going to use these "orange banana" tomatoes from the garden, but they were a little too sweet so I switched to some beef steaks instead. Recipe on my photo-blog.
