Bougainvillea

University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, Honolulu.

The wind and rains have picked up recently. The day I took this pinhole photograph, the wind was causing the bougainvillea (Bougainvillea sp.) branches to sway back and forth.

I like how the pink color of the bougainvillea has somehow blended into the dark green Cook Pine (Araucaria columnaris) branches in the top-right corner.

Le Bambole Mk. II Pinhole Camera. Kodak 160 Portra NC. Exposure: f/256 and 10 seconds.
