I have to say that in the collection of 'official guides' I have this has to rate as one of the most amazingly 'sixties style publication I have seen! A radical take on the prevailing trends in graphic design and aiming to sell the Isle of Sheppey in Kent that sits to the north of the County on the Thames Estuary. Produced by the Borough Council in conjunction with local printers Smith's of Sheerness, the guide aims to attract tourists and potential residents. It is not dated but some of the adverts suggest a late 1960s date. The use of these colours for an illustration is certainly a bold choice.
