Ingredients:

- Parmesan cheese

- Parsley

- 1/4 cup Chardonnay wine

- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- salt

- 1 egg white

- garlic (minced) to taste

- flour

- chicken breast (pounded flat)

- Green Giant green beans

 

Recipe:

- Heat pan to medium with a little olive oil

- clean chicken breast of unpleasant bits and flatten (cover with plastic wrap and pound with canned green beans, unopened)

- Mix first 7 ingredients in bowl

- Put an egg white in a separate bowl

- Dredge chicken in flour, then dip chicken through egg and then in mix till coated. Cook till done in pan.

- When chicken is completed, put wine, lemon juice, and a little butter or margarine in the pan, bring to a boil, and cook for < 1 minute. Serve over chicken.

 

- Heat green beans in microwave safe dish for 2 minutes, drain, serve.
