Kotobira Shrine Jiai Jizouson - Someone is Watching
The sign reads, "Please do not toss your trash inside the shrine grounds. Someone, somewhere, is watching what you do." I like it.
This tiny shrine is located just after the Chuo Ward side of Kiyosu Bridge, and almost directly under Expressway 6. The grounds are thick with plants and small trees, with many memorial stones and small wooden shrines crowded inside, making the whole thing seem very cramped and dark, but also very isolated from the urban concrete and noise surrounding it.
