Delicious indeed. The light is much better. I thought the previous image was good but the new ones are really good :-)

did you make the brown parchment wraps yourself? if not, where did you get them?

      Thanks, all!
That is very sweet of you. I always greatly value your input <3
I bought them online on the Etsy website. The vendor I used is no longer selling them, but this one is essentially the same product. This type of wrapper is available widely online and in specialty stores. www.etsy.com/listing/93365522/chocolate-brown-folded-cupc...

Food Photography Club. I found your picture in the Food Photography Club, the place for in depth discussions on food photography and critique.

This is a really attractive image, with the wrapping and the little marshmallows on top. I like how you put the two perspectives together. The only thing that i think could look better is the burned edges of the marshmallows; brown and melty looks appealing, but these look too burned in my opinion.

Overall I like the image a lot.

I completely understand your point. Luckily I think the burnt quality blended in well with the dark setting of the photos, but I didn't intend for them to get so burnt, I confess 8). My dinky small kitchen torch was acting up and I didn't really have much control over it. Better luck next time :).
