anu_kutty - these types of dumplings can be steamed or boiled. I boiled then fried and covered in syrup.

Again, it is soooo real. Here I see you didn't have probelm with focusing :) I like that the other skewer is out of the frame. Make the image more interesting.

      Thanks, friends!

Vera -- It's much easier focusing when I'm not the model ;p.

Love the tones and focus here, Xiaolu, well done! You know, in the thumbnail it looked like you had eyeballs on the sticks!!! I know, I have a bizarre imagination!

Aisha -- lol that's what my friend who was holding these skewers said too! I do see why you'd think that, but my foodie adventurism doesn't go that far ;p

Thank goodness I'm not the odd one to see that! But, yes, I'm not that adventurous either!

I always get attracted to pics with hands holding food stuff. It seems more realistic to treat food that way:). I also like the shade of brown she is wearing and want the recipe to the dumpling!

I love this photo of yours! I really fall for pictures with human element in it and the color of your friend's clothes really adds a great tone to the picture.

The colors and hues you've utilized are so beautiful: mild and subtle. Elegant. I find the hand pose a little unnatural, but it is rather entertaining than disturbing. Compositionally it works perfectly. An image as it is, I love it. The snowballs look delicious!
