      I like the airiness of your composition. It is flat and not at the same time, interesting. Light blue is a good choice for the cloth. And metal. They cool off the hot orange. Carrot halwa filling is innovative. Something painting-like in this image. Fresh.

      Thanks, friends! Sylvie, I got them on Ebay. Actually a very reasonable price :). Things like this show up every once in a while at a good price just keep searching "pewter plates"

      Hehe I wouldn't say specializing just yet. Just trying to practice more to get the shells right and figured I'd make some fun flavors while I'm at it!

      Actually it was too sweet for me at first so I switched the plain American buttercream to swiss meringue buttercream and also reduced the sugar in the halwa that's mixed in :).
