      Thanks, Tika! Glad this gave you an idea when you needed one. I hate having ingredients without knowing what to do with them, though it's usually the other way around 8).

      Haha, I actually thought about that, Steph. Ironically, this meringue was toasted in the oven and not with the torch!

      How pretty, the plum raspberry meringues look great in those glasses. I really like the all white background the contrast with the red is nice.

      Looks absolutely divine. I don't mind the color contrast, I think the greyish-white tone fits perfectly to the dessert. Simple yet elegant.

      Oh, I love the little peaks on the meringues.. and those cute little spoons! I like the minimal colours here. There's nothing to distract you from those delicious beauties!
