On July 17, we took a field trip to the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation's Five Borough Technical Services complex for a tour of their enormous green roof. Technical Services Chief Artie Rollins filled us in on the 13 different systems being used and tested on the 15,000+ sq ft roof.
