Simple crusty bread

I just baked this small loaf of bread, using a very simple recipe from the NY Times. The neat thing about it is you make a big batch of dough, keep it in the fridge, and just tear off a piece when you want to bake another loaf. There's really no kneading involved. It's pretty yummy too!
